Resilience Planning for Maryland Defense Communities

Biography

Amanda Mock is an experienced finance, project management, and organizational leader who serves as the Operations Manager for the Resilience Authority of Charles County. In this role, she works with the Executive Director, Stacy Schaefer, to oversee and execute the Authority’s pioneering mandate to finance and implement equitable, nature-based infrastructure solutions that strengthen community resilience and help mitigate and adapt to the risks of climate change. Amanda has held key analytical and managerial roles within the Maryland Department of Natural Resources and the Maryland Department of Legislative Services and has a master’s degree in public administration from the George Washington University.
