Resilience Planning for Maryland Defense Communities

Biography

Ms. Patricia Gray serves as a Project Manager in the Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation. She joined the office in 2019 and works closely with defense communities to develop and execute projects utilizing OLDCC’s technical and financial programs of assistance. She has more than 24 years of experience in the public and private sectors working environmental, planning, energy and infrastructure programs for the Department of War. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, a master’s degree from Air University’s Air Command and Staff College, and is a Registered Environmental Manager.
